Medical Fees
The short version: our Health Center is included, but outside care isn't free — here's how billing works.
Does camp cover medical costs if my child gets sick or hurt?
Routine Health Center visits — the scrapes, splinters, and everyday stuff our nurses handle on-site — are part of camp. But if a camper needs care beyond that, here's what to expect:
Charges for physician's services, emergency room fees, and all medications will be billed directly to you (the parent) or your health insurance carrier for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that come up at camp.
Do I need health insurance for my camper?
Yes — every camper must be covered by a health insurance policy while at camp. This isn't optional; it's how outside medical costs get billed if the need arises.
What do I need to do before camp starts?
Complete the "Medical Authorization" form online with your camper's insurance information. This is what allows us to bill your insurance directly and get your camper the care they need without delay if something comes up.
