What's your response time?

Our standard is to answer every email and phone call received by 4:00pm the same day, and anything that comes in after that by the next business day. Please reach out anytime — we'd rather hear from you than have you sit on a question.

One exception: our office is closed for Shabbat, so anything received Friday afternoon through Saturday will be returned on Sunday.

What are your office hours?

8:30am – 6:00pm, Sunday through Friday.

What if it's an emergency?

If it's after hours or we can't pick up right away, call the Main Line and press 3 when prompted for the Emergency Line. If it's not answered immediately, someone will get back to you as quickly as possible.
