Shipping Luggage to Camp
Some of our campers who travel to camp by plane prefer to ship their luggage to camp before the start of their session. If you plan to ship your camper's luggage, we ask that all bags arrive the Thursday before the start of each session. For Summer 2024, those deadlines are:
For Session One: Thursday, June 13th
For Session Two: Thursday, July 11th
If you plan on shipping your camper's luggage to camp, please mail all bags to this address:

Please pack in duffel bags! Clearly label the luggage so we know which camper it belongs to. We will email you to confirm that we received the bags when they arrive. We will place the bags in your camper's cabin, so they are waiting for them in their bunk when they arrive.
We do not have a preferred method for shipping (UPS, FedEx, etc.). We recommend that you use the easiest and most cost-effective option for you.
If you want to ship your camper's luggage back home at the end of their session, email our front office (firstname.lastname@example.org) the shipping labels, and we will mail the bags to you.
